Each assembly features a precision-machined solid stainless steel guide rod finished in a deep Black DLC coating. This advanced finish provides excellent wear resistance, reduced friction, and exceptional corrosion protection while delivering a sleek, premium aesthetic.

Paired with precision-tuned recoil springs, this system is designed to provide smooth cycling and consistent return-to-battery performance across a range of ammunition and setups.

Three precision-tuned recoil springs:
Red – 15% lighter than SIG Sauer OEM resistance

Orange – 15% heavier than SIG Sauer OEM resistance

Black – SIG Sauer OEM resistance


Installation Guide:

Insert the stepped spacer into the slide, ensuring the smaller end indexes into the slide opening so it sits perfectly flush at the front.
Install your selected recoil spring onto the guide rod.

With the slide in your left hand and the muzzle oriented in a safe direction, maintain control of the spring assembly as you position it.

Using your right thumb, compress the assembly and guide it into place until it seats firmly against the barrel lug.

We recommend beginning with the Black OEM-equivalent spring and testing your specific ammunition and configuration before selecting the lighter or heavier spring.
