Shipping Policy: At ECM Precision, we strive to provide fast and reliable shipping for all of our products. All orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible, typically within 10-14 business days, unless otherwise noted. Please note that cerakote colors do not apply and may take longer to process and ship. Shipping times may vary depending on the shipping method used and your location. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from ECM Precision. If you need to return an item, please follow the steps below.
Return Process

Notify Us – Email info@ecmprecision.com with your order number and let us know you are returning your item.

Ship Your Return – Securely package the item in its original, unused condition and ship it back to the return address we provide. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Inspection & Refund – Once your return is received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Return Guidelines

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.

FCUs must not be installed in grip modules being returned.

Customer convenience returns (such as ordering the wrong item, changing your mind, or ordering the wrong color or configuration) are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Returns for defective products or shipping errors made by ECM Precision are not subject to a restocking fee.

ECM Precision reserves the right to deny returns that show signs of installation, use, damage, or missing components.
