P365 Fuse Full Length Frame: Amazing quality frame, install was easy! I used a little gun oil on the sides when installing the FCU and that helped a lot. At first the grip stippling seems a bit aggressive, but once you start shooting it has the right bite back. I felt a noticeable reduction in recoil when shooting 115gr, 124gr, 147gr. Holster compatibility is pretty much the same as the Fuse with the open bottom, I even slapped on a x300 Ultra WML and it fit with my universal X300 holsters. This frame got some looks from the RSO at my local range, even die hard Glock guys said they prefer this configuration vs Glock 48 or 43x. Hey Mark! Let me know when you start making Fuse length slides, I’ll definitely pick one up!

I initially sent an email late one evening to ECM asking for details on the R11 Edge grip module. I received a phone call the very next day from a gent named Aidan who was happy to answer all of my questions. To be honest I was blown away that I got a phone call the next day, much less from someone with great knowledge of the product. This has not been my experience with a number of other companies in the SIG P365 Fuse/X-Macro aftermarket space. A definite plus in my book. Needless to say, with all my questions answered to my satisfaction, I made the purchase. The purchase of this grip module was made on March 19 (Thursday). It shipped on the 20th and arrived at my door on the 24th the following Tuesday. So, ECM is two for two on pre-sales support and shipping. Nice! When I opened the box, I found a handwritten note from the owner, Mark, giving me his phone number and telling me to call him if I had any issues or questions. Pretty darn cool and taking them to 3 for 3 in pre-sales, shipping, and post-sales. I was finally able to get to an outdoor range today (4/11/2026) and put about 400 rounds through it. I married it to as Fdez Werx Fuse slide and barrel. The grip module is phenomenal. The level of grip it offers is outstanding. Obtaining a master grip and keeping it is nearly effortless. Even though the R11 Edge has an aggressive grip, in no way is it too aggressive. This is an upgrade to my P365 Fuse that I am extremely happy with. I will be purchasing additional products from ECM in the near future which should tell you all you need to know about my satisfaction with the company and their products. There is no finer grip module for the P365. The detail and finish is immaculate, and the way it fits your hand is as good as it gets. Selling all of my other grips (various Icarus options) and going solely with ECM. Finally customer service is even better than the product. Highly recommended.

From the pictures I was unsure how much grip there would be vs the normal R11. I didn’t want the gas pedals. I needn’t have worried, a long session could make your hands raw there’s so much grip. That said, the sides are smoother (still plenty) and feels more comfortable against my skin in carry than my old Wilson with twice the grip. Thought I might have splurged too much with this, but add a RAMM and this feels nearly like a good 2011. Would 100% purchase again. If I had a negative it would be the grip on the front could be toned down just a hair, but that’s being super picky.

MIND BLOWING!! When I first received the grip module, I was impressed and annoyed at the same time. I had no idea how aggressive the stippling would be. Kinda hurt to grip it. When I finally got the opportunity to shoot with it... OMG!!! Best grip ever for the XMACRO. I got used to the grip texture and when I say that I feel no recoil in the hand I MEAN it. I am so happy with my purchase. GET YOU ONE ASAP. Looks, feel, and performance is TOP NOTCH ??

The ECM R11 Edge is, in my opinion, the best P365 module on the market. I’ve used just about all of them, and there’s no doubt in my mind that Mark and his team have set the standard when it comes to both quality and customer service. Their attention to detail, fit and finish, and overall performance are second to none.

This grip module is excellent. I have used several different brands and styles and I have to say this one stands apart for a few reasons. Ergonomics and grip texture are excellent. Through the 500 rounds or so I've run so far I have had no issues with retaining my grip or any discomfort after a long session. The gun is comfortable in a conceal carry setup and has good weight without being too heavy. The fit for the FCU is perfect with no wiggle at all. I noticed a difference in my groupings immediately. I did find that since the grip is fitted so well, it did not allow for the Tyrant CNC trigger since this trigger is significantly wider than an OEM trigger. The customer service was excellent as well. I can happily recommend this brand and product and look forward to future releases! I have no affiliation with ECM other than a VERY happy customer!
