Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping Policy: At ECM Precision, we strive to provide fast and reliable shipping for all our products. All orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible, typically within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise noted. Please note that cerakote colors do not apply and may take longer to process and ship. Shipping times may vary depending on the shipping method used and your location. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Return Policy: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from ECM Precision. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return process.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. You can contact us via email at info@ecmprecision.com or by submitting a Contact Us request here https://ecmprecision.com/contact-us/.
  2. Obtain an RMA Number: After contacting us, an RMA number will be assigned to your return request. We will send you an RMA form via email. This form must be completed accurately to ensure a smooth return process.
  3. Return the Product: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with the completed RMA form. Please make sure the RMA number is listed on the RMA form and is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
  4. Shipping the Return: Ship the return package to the address provided with your RMA number. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure the safe delivery of your product. ECM Precision is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit to us.

Important Notes:

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Products must be in their original, unused condition, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  • ECM Precision reserves the right to refuse returns if the product shows signs of damage, wear, or misuse.

Refunds and Exchanges: Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
