Great out of the box
Highly recommended upgrade as far as aluminum grip modules go. Feels very comfortable in the hand, texturing is not too rough compared to other ALG like the Icarus. Backstrap is not too aggressive and fits the hand nicely. Quality is top tier, and everything transitioned into the frame with a tight fit. Zaffiri precision aftermarket slide worked just fine, fitment is incredible. If you're looking to upgrade to an aluminum lower, I highly recommend this compared to the other options that are out there currently.

Absolutely Blown Away – Best Macro Grip Out There!
I found ECM Precision after they reached out to me on Instagram, and from that first message, their customer service has been next-level. Every question I had was answered quickly and thoughtfully—these guys truly care about their customers. When the R11 grip module arrived, I was floored. I’ve tried three other grip modules for my Macro, and nothing compares to this. The quality is outstanding. The grip angle feels like a 2011—natural, aggressive, and built for control. The FCU fitment is snug and precise, and the trigger guard undercuts give me the perfect angle for fast, accurate shots. The magwell is flared just right, making reloads smooth and effortless. This grip completely transforms the feel of the gun. ECM knocked it out of the park. Highly recommend!

This grip is worth every penny. It will significantly transform your grouping and overall grip of the gun. The 2011 feel really allows you to get your strong hand into the gun. I highly recommend!

Have You Ever Driven A Bugatti
When it comes to Sig's P365 Slimline Offerings, I've tried all the Metal Grips: Icarus, FDEZ, Sharps Bros...and as much as I can say I do love really enjoy shooting the Sharps Bros, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE SHOOTING THE ECM R11 WAY MORE!! This grip module gives me CZ Vibes ALL DAY!! Others say 2011 but being a CZ Snob, I'd have to agree to disagree! I'm such a fan of the Grip that immediately when the slide was released, I quickly purchased one of those to complete it! R11 - Amazing
This grip module is fantastic! Not too aggressive in the grip texture. Just right. The weight feels awesome, the rounding of the front of the grip doesn't cause hotspots on my dominant hand like some other aftermarket grips do. The gas pedal/thumb ledges are perfect. Furthermore, ECM Precision is an amazing company with customer service that cannot be beat!

This grip will change your world, best grip module hands down. Feels very comparable to the 2011. I have tried most of the grips for the P365 & hands down the R11 is the best IMO.

Best Full Size P365 Grip Module on the Market
When you hold this grip module in your hand, you’ll understand. It’s exceptionally well made with excellent ergonomics and build quality. I have larger hands, and I’ve noticed that this grip module fills them out better than many others, including the stock Sig AXG and Macro grip modules. We all know that it’s easier to shoot a full-size over a compact. This grip module bridges that gap without compromising concealment. I feel significantly less snap during recoil compared to any other aluminum grip module I’ve used. The ergonomics of this grip module have also improved my ability to get a better master grip, allowing for better control during sustained fire and quick return to zero. The “2011” type grip angle aligns perfectly with my natural point of aim. ECM has truly created a masterpiece for the P365 platform!
